Welcome to LumiLens. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the headlight restoration services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
LumiLens provides mobile headlight restoration — including cleaning, multi-stage sanding, polishing, and the application of a protective UV sealant — for vehicles in San Bernardino and surrounding Inland Empire communities. Service availability may depend on your location, vehicle, and the condition of your headlights.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided free of charge and are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary once we inspect your vehicle in person — for example, if the oxidation is heavier than described or the lenses are an unusual size. We will always confirm the final price with you before beginning any work.
Scheduling & Access
Because we come to you, you agree to provide safe, legal, and reasonable access to your vehicle and, where needed, a nearby power source. If we are unable to safely perform the service at the scheduled location, we may need to reschedule. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
The 1-Year Warranty
We proudly back every completed restoration with a 1-year warranty. If your professionally restored headlights develop noticeable fogging or yellowing within twelve (12) months of service, we will re-restore them at no additional charge. The warranty:
- Applies only to the headlights we restored, on the vehicle serviced;
- Covers normal oxidation that returns under typical use;
- Does not cover physical damage, cracks, rock chips, internal moisture, accidents, abrasive cleaning, or aftermarket modifications occurring after service;
- Requires that you contact us within the 12-month period to arrange the re-service.
Some severely degraded or damaged lenses may not be restorable to full clarity; in such cases we will tell you honestly before any work begins.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Fleet and multi-vehicle arrangements may be subject to separate written terms.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and headlights and to remove personal valuables from the work area. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to request service on the vehicle provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumiLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
